What can you say! Rehab again. The poor little superstar with tons of money. She must be blaming it all on genetics. You know her dad had a substance abuse problem. He was also incarcerated for a number of years but who is counting. What is up with actors becoming famous and then drugging it up. I know they have a high pressure life and they are always over committed. I am pretty over committed and have sort of a high pressure life but no drugs here.
So they crash a few benzos whatever. Britney Spears was a shocker especially after the kids. But I guess who am to judge. Well I can only hope that Lindsey Lohan is ok and succesfully finishes the rehab treatment.

Jennifer Aniston's pin straight hair is here to stay! Hallelujah! Can you believe that was almost a decade ago? Well many hair insiders were saying that the end of the flat iron is drawing close. Not according to David Evangelista an ultra hip stylist who says "Hollywood is embracing straight, silky, long, sleek, and sexy hair". I wasn't ready for the Farah Fawcet 70s look anyway. He advises, "If your hair is curly, unruly, and/or super thick, you might want to think about creating a 'hair care cocktail' by combining two products: the smoothing and straightening products. This can also be done with hair that's not thick/curly or unruly; just use a much smaller amount. "

This is a great tip.

Jordin Sparks Won!

How could I have a blog and not talk about American Idol! Come on now. So Jordin Sparks with her beautiful long curly locks is definitely an idol star. I had to decide which show to watch Lost or American Idol. I chose Lost but decided to quickly watch American Idol on DVR the next morning. I watched and watched and watched and of course the DVR didn't record the last few minutes!!!!

So I ended up finding out via the Internet! Jordin Sparks won! I like her and love her hair! So in honor of the Jordin Sparks' win lets talk about how she does her hair!

To get the straight look pictured above insiders have told me that Jordin uses the FHI 1" Flat Iron to straighten her hair!!! I have used the FHI iron a number of times and love the ease of use. She also uses hair extensions to create the perfect look. Hairdo by Jessica Simpson can get you the same look that Jordin has. You have to get the real "hair" extensions (which are much more expensive) to allow for styling prior to placing on your hair. The lower price versions do not allow for styling.

How did Sanjaya from American Idol get that sleek look one day and the insanely curly ringlets the next. Of course the flat iron. Insiders have told me that Sanjaya’s stylist uses the Metropolis flat iron! Just a little Sammie secret! What a fab flat iron with just the right control to give you beautiful shiny hair that is enhanced with each stroke.

I was told by a dear friend of mine, a guru in hair styling, that the Metropolis is by far a superior iron. At over $200 a pop it better be. So I just had to go to the local Ulta store and check it out. I have tested an infinite number of flat irons. Let me tell you I took the Metropolis iron out of its beautiful packaging and tested it on my somewhat frizzy unruly hair. Glow all over is all I can say.

I cannot leave home without one! It is like a seeing the new 10 gig laptop computer for women. A new ionic tourmaline flat iron comes out in a beautiful fuchsia; out with the old and in with the new! Why wouldn’t a women love a flat iron. I get phenom results from sleek and shiny hair to beautiful romantic curls.

Sammie’s Secret: The flat iron has now been incorporated in my daily routine right after brushing my teeth.
